At Bolen’s Provisions, our mission is to provide Central and Northern California with delicious handcrafted cuisine to reflect your desired event style. We will always make the most amazing culinary creations out of your event budget. We plan to work directly with local farms, dairies, and bakeries for the freshest ingredients available. We choose biodegradable products and practice environmentally friendly techniques.

About the Chef.

 

Chef Nick Bolen started waiting tables at 14, and eventually worked his way through the ranks of the kitchen. He was mentored in his early years by a classically trained chef that he worked for, Adam Lippert, but is otherwise a self trained. 

His inspiration comes from the purity of fresh seasonal produce herbs and spices, quality cuts of meat and fish, gourmet cheese and dairy, great wines, and everything in between. 

Nick strives to constantly push himself further in his culinary adventures by experimenting with out of the ordinary flavor and texture combinations, arranged in a beautiful rainbow of color once plated.
